Sips of the Season: Langan’s Unveils Bold Summer Cocktail Menu

Langan’s new summer cocktail menu is a bold and eclectic mix that captures both timeless classics and unexpected twists. From frozen martinis to tropical rums and floral gin infusions, each drink is crafted to make a statement. There’s the Frosted Martini, a chilly, briny upgrade on the traditional version, made with Ketel One and blue cheese-stuffed olives—savory and ice-cold. For those with a sweet tooth, the Solero offers a nostalgic nod to summer desserts, blending vodka, cold-pressed orange juice, Madagascan vanilla, and a touch of whipped cream.
The menu leans into spice and smoke with creations like the Bandido Dunleavy, a tequila cocktail infused with caramelized pineapple, ginger, turmeric, and warm spices like clove and ancho chili. Whiskey lovers will appreciate the Irish Coffee Martini, which merges Tullamore Dew and espresso for a smooth, energizing sip, while the Top of the Rock leans into cozy complexity with bourbon, honey crisp apple, Amontillado sherry, and a hit of cardamom and cinnamon.
Lighter, floral profiles come through in the Purple Haze, with gin, elderflower, lychee, and a prosecco float—an elegant, bubbly option that’s perfect for rooftop sipping. The Editor’s Choice layers fruit and herb with watermelon and basil Grey Goose, pomegranate liqueur, and ginger beer, while the Kiss of a Rose plays with romantic flavors like strawberry-infused gin, rose petal syrup, lemon, and a silky egg white foam.
Summer wouldn’t be complete without a proper rum cocktail, and Rumour Has It delivers, balancing passionfruit, lemon, and creamy coconut for a beachy escape. The most daring drink on the menu might be Off the Record, Hush Hush—a smoky, spicy, and citrusy mix of jalapeño moonshine, mezcal, Aperol, and sparkling grapefruit.
